There are two movements that we are developing this week - B-skip and single-leg squats.
A B-skip is a variation of the running pattern that we have introduced over the last 2 weeks. In a B-skip, we are extending our leading leg as part of the skipping pattern. The intent is to develop balance, coordination, and rhythm in our movements. The video below demonstrates a B-skip:

The single-leg squat is a variation that requires balance, strength, and ankle mobility. In this video, the athlete demonstrates the basics of a single-leg (pistol) squat. Each player will have their own depth and range of motion in this position:
