Week #1 (May 1 - May 7) challenges

U4-U6 age groups
Drag stop opposite foot
Opposite push stop
U6-U8 age groups

Take these slowly at first, get the movements and touches first then try to go quicker ...

V inside
V outside
Crossover push
Push and pull

U4-U6 age groups

Moving tic tac & V-shape

Dragging the ball
U6-U8 age groups

Take these slowly at first, get the movements and touches first then try to go quicker ...

Box and roll

Taps up and back

Dribble and pull back - take 2-3 dribbles, then do a pull back as shown
