    Forward and backward leopard crawls (10 steps x 3 times)

    Agility ring – 2 forward, 2 back

    Can use a couple of towels to make a ring

    Agility ring – 2 side-to-side

    Video shows a box, use a ring instead

    You will need a wall or other surface .. stay close so that you can get quick touches – work hard!

    If you only have one soccer ball, do this activity by switching feet and using only one or the other foot.

    Do this 3 times for 1 minute with 30 seconds of rest.
