Prohibition of harassment
205 Sports / AF Monterey strictly prohibits workplace harassment of any kind, including but not limited to sexual harassment or harassment based on any of the characteristics listed above. Harassment includes unwelcome verbal, physical, or visual conduct that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive working environment.
Reasonable accommodations
In accordance with applicable laws, 205 Sports / AF Monterey will provide reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities, pregnant employees, and employees observing religious practices, unless doing so would pose an undue hardship to the organization. Reporting and addressing violations
Employees, volunteers, and participants who believe they have experienced or witnessed discrimination, harassment, or retaliation are encouraged to report the incident promptly to hr@205sports.org or the Executive Director. All reports will be handled promptly and thoroughly, ensuring confidentiality to the extent possible. Retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith is strictly prohibited.
