This is an excellent game to get players involved in moving forward and involving the goalie as an option to switch point of attack. A team must move fully out of its own third before it can score. Offside is not enforced – if a team leaves its forward high, the other team must quickly press and defend to prevent a quick counterattack goal.
Description
Teams play 5v5 in a three-zone field. In order for a team to score, all players must be in the middle or final third.

Look to develop width and possession. Use the goalkeeper as a back support option.
