May 2020 At-Home programs

In conjunction with UC Premier, 205 Sports has developed At-Home training programs for May 2020. Click the image below for the age-specific programs.

U4-U8 U9-U12 U13-U19



Each program includes a variety of technical skills, challenges, and physical activities. Programs are age-appropriate and are designed to support athletes training in isolation.

Challenges are updated on a weekly basis.
