EXPLANATION

Players positioned as shown ball moves into middle player, then to adjacent outside player who attempts to play a flighted ball to teammate in opposite corner Players rotate in opposite direction of passes

COACHING POINTS

Passing – lean back and flight/shape ball Receiving – bring ball under control 1st touch, play to middle on 2nd touch, if possible
