COACHING POINTS

Center backs – stay organized, slide side-to-side, communicate with midfielders, look to play into the wide mini-goals

Defensive midfielders – try to stay connected, if one goes wide the other stays central – if one goes up, the other stays back

Attacking midfielder – in possession, create open body shapes, prepare to play forward – defending don’t get caught chasing, stay center if possible Defenders score in mini-goals or by dribbling through center gate
