Red must dribble through one of the cone goals to score, Blue to score on large goal

PROGRESSION

Remove channel restriction; remove mannequins + add Blue defenders; restart with coach playing ball into one of the Red players

COACHING POINTS

Backs – take open body positions, center backs mostly facing up field, outside backs side-on
GK – play firm pass to back foot, avoid playing into pressure
All – look for safe passes, avoid pressure, advance forward when/available and possible
Play with heads-up, recognize pressure and space, look for quick movements to attack wide channel goals
Blue defenders – must come out and play, do not sit in front of cone goals
