EXPLANATION

Arrange 4 grids as shown – play 4v1 in starting grid – on cue, players move from one grid to adjacent grid (2 to 3)
Option – place additional defender in diagonal grid (as shown) – when ball transitions, new defender moves into grid, other defender goes diagonal
