Requirements for employment

Mandatory requirements

  1. Proof of Eligibility to Work: Must provide Form I-9 documentation verifying eligibility to work in the United States.
  2. Background Check: Successful completion of a DOJ Live Scan criminal background check (required for employees working with minors).
  3. California Mandated Reporter Training: Completion of state-mandated training on child abuse and neglect (Penal Code §11165.7).
  4. Tuberculosis (TB) Test: Proof of a negative TB test within the last four years (required for individuals working with children).
  5. SafeSport Training: Completion of SafeSport training as required by the U.S. Soccer Federation for youth coaches.
  6. Non-Discrimination Compliance: Commitment to adhere to the organization’s non-discrimination and equal employment opportunity policies.
