Notes
This session involves a lot of 1v1s and 2v2s - use this mid-week rather than immediately before or after a weekend game. Players will get a lot of touches on the ball and this should be a high-intensity session. Manage the work-to-rest times and rations accordingly. Encourage players to take on opponents, use feints and changes of speed/direction to off-balance opponents - then accelerate into space behind.
