EXPLANATION

Organize as 3 teams – one team(White) defending, other two teams with 5 on outside, 1 in the center triangle

Attackers score 1 pt for every pass to central target + 10 consecutive passes

Defenders score 1 pt for intercepts – game is timed, rotate teams as defenders

Central player has limited touch count

PROGRESSION

Limit outside touch count

Limit max # of passes before target pass

COACHING POINTS

Attackers – look to find 3v1 or 4v1, move defenders to create passing channel to center target

Center target – keep body shape open, attempt to play quickly and change point of attack

Defenders – try to isolate the ball, prevent thru passes look for moment to block/win ball
