2. Intellectual Property & PDF Stamping All pedagogy materials, including PDFs and drill diagrams, are the exclusive property of 205 Sports.
Personal License: We grant you a non-transferable license to use these materials for your personal coaching.
Social Stamping: You acknowledge that all downloaded PDFs are watermarked with your name and email address. Tampering with or removing these stamps is strictly prohibited.
Distribution: You may not redistribute, sell, or post our “Paid” or “Free” manuals on public forums or third-party websites.
3. Account Registration & Security To access certain “Member Only” areas via MemberPress, you must provide accurate registration data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Communication & Email By providing your email for our manuals or academy registration, you consent to receive transactional and marketing communications via Amazon SES.
Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the footer of our communications.
Transactional Emails: Mandatory account updates or PDF delivery emails cannot be opted out of as they are essential to service delivery.
5. Limitation of Liability 205 Sports provides coaching drills “as is.” We are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the implementation of these drills on the field.
