EXPLANATION

Pairs of players are lined up on opposite sides of a cone goal on the endline – game starts when attacker dribbles into the grid – goal is scored when attacker dribbles through cone goal – if defender wins the ball, he goes to the opposite goal

COACHING POINTS

Attacker should get to goal quick as possible – use at most one move/feint to hold defender, body or shoulder between ball and opponent – if defender recovers the ball, try to quickly get behind opponent, take advantage of confusion – player in defender role should challenge all the way to the goal
