EXPLANATION

Game is 3v3 with players on ends and in central zone as neutrals
Games starts with central teams going in one direction to 2 goals – when a goal is scored, neutrals switch with defending team and game switches direction (winners stay on)
Start – require X passes before goal

PROGRESSION

Remove pass restriction
Remove mannequins

COACHING POINTS

Attacking team – look to spread, form triangles off the neutrals and teammates, open body shape, keep ball on the floor, look for quick 1-2’s
Defending team – try to isolate ball against the edges, communicate, try to cut off angles to advance ball, force backward if possible
