Week #2 (Apr 23-29) challenges
Here is an activity where we can dribble through some cones. If you don't have cones, try a substitute - towels, cans, or something else. The video shows using the inside of the foot and the top (laces). You can also try only using one foot in each direction, using the bottom of the foot to push or roll the ball.
