Week #1 (Apr 13-22) challenges

If you don't have cones, use something else - a towel, old rags, whatever you can find.

Week #2 (Apr 23-29) challenges

Here are some challenge using a cone and your footwork ... try to do 1 minute of each, the entire list 3 times (a total of 9 minutes + breaks)
