The April 2020 training plan is broken into Mon/Wed/Fri and Tue/Thu/Sat activities. Each session includes a Challenge of the Day and physical activities.

If you only have one soccer ball, do this activity by switching feet and using only one or the other foot.

Do this 3 times for 1 minute with 30 seconds of rest.

Can use a couple of towels to make a ring
